Mike Carnie

Mike matriculated from Pretoria Boys High in 1978. Attended Pretoria University from 1979 to 1985 where he obtained a BA Honours and master’s degree in clinical psychology.

Mike also received his MBA in 2002 at Oxford Brooks University. He joined the military in 1985 in the permanent force and rose to the rank of “Major”.

Mike currently holds Achiever status at Liberty and has worked within the Liberty group channels for more than 33 years, every year within Top 20 status. In 2003 he and Niel Kasselmann started Strategic Financial Consulting (an independent brokerage), in 2012 the company joined the Liberty entrepreneurial channel, now Strategic. Mike is married to Rhona-Lee Carnie, has 2 children, a son Stuart and daughter Tyler.
